One of the most prominent manifestations of urban development in the whole world is the towers and major commercial markets or what is known as “Malls”. In Braico, we have the technical capabilities necessary to implement all these projects, starting from the stage of receiving the request, then developing the necessary plans, followed by the design stage, and then implementation and delivery, with the design and implementation of all facilities and infrastructure for these projects. • Receiving the investors or project owners’ request and studying it well.
• Develop a technical concept and present it to the project owner and investors.
• Taking into consideration suggestions from project owners or investors.
• Starting the engineering, architectural and structural design phase and modifying it as requested by the project owners and investors.
• Setting the implementation mechanism and final agreement to start the project on the ground.
• Starting the implementation of the project in terms of construction and contracting works in accordance with the agreed technical specifications, carrying out the finishing and other works to the fullest.
• Handing over the work to the project owners or investors and following it up until the stage of using the building and opening its doors to all.
• Carry out maintenance work if required.
